Terms and conditions:

• Parts discount applies only to parts used in the repair or service. Discount may not be combined with other promotions or offers. Komatsu parts discounts are as follows:
  • 5% discount for Komatsu parts on work orders up to $7,500
  • 10% discount for Komatsu parts on work orders exceeding $7,500 that include a major component, or on work orders exceeding $10,000 without a major component
    • Excludes undercarriage components (covered by separate program)
• Labor discount applies only to labor charges associated with repair services. Some restrictions may apply; not valid on previously scheduled or completed work. Labor discount cannot be combined with other labor discounts. The lowest rate will be used on this program.
• Refund for the inspection is issued as a credit toward parts or repair services only and cannot be redeemed for cash. Applicable only on inspection-related and completed work orders.
