Air Conditioning
Columbus Equipment Company offers complete air conditioning services including diagnostic testing, Freon recovery and recharging.

Align Boring
Our service department offers mobile line boring from 1.5" TO 14" and up to 8' in length.

Annual Crane Inspections
OSHA regulations require that periodic inspections be conducted on Cranes. Columbus Equipment Company performs its inspections in accordance with ASME and OSHA standards. We will provide you with a written report that outlines the inspections and our recommendations along with a quotation for repair. Crane inspections are important - and we do them right.

Complete Hydraulic Repair Services
We now offer quick turn-around repairs on cylinders, pumps and valves as well as remanufactured hydraulic cylinders and rods at a competitive price and all backed with a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

Full Service Repair Services
Our factory trained and certified service professionals have many years of repair and rebuild experience. Our in house equipment includes: overhead cranes/hoists, dynameters, transmission testing equipment, welders and air compressors. Our field trucks are equipped with welders, cranes, compressors and specialized tooling to handle all of your service needs.

Preventive Maintenance Services
Columbus Equipment Company offers complete periodic services on your equipment. From preventive maintenance inspections, to complete oil and filter changes, to PM clinics and tune ups, we can schedule the maintenance to take place at our location or on your site.

Repair & Maintenance Agreements
Our repair and maintenance agreements enable you to budget for your future scheduled repair and maintenance costs up front. Based on your input and previous operating history, we can lay out a schedule of events and develop a forecast of "before failure" repairs, allowing you to maximize machine availability by minimizing unexpected failures.

Undercarriage
Using the latest advances in ultrasonic tooling and equipment, our PSR will come out to your site and conduct a track inspection free of charge. Every track inspection is downloaded into our ECARE Management program which will identify abnormal wear and tear and maximize wear life.
