That’s why we offer IronLife™ Predictive Maintenance. Just tell us which machines
you’d like us to cover, and we’ll make sure they’re properly serviced on time by a
qualified technician.

-Automatic scheduling – with GPS Unit
We will automatically schedule your equipment for maintenance service at intervals of 250 hours. We’ll track the hours for each machine individually through our GPS device, which monitors vehicle locations and provides actual service meter readings. When it’s time for maintenance service, we’ll contact you to schedule service.

-Second shift service
We perform IronLife preventive maintenance services after working hours, once your equipment has finished the day’s work, so there’s no downtime.

-Certified technicians
All of our technicians have completed the Columbus Equipment certification program to assure that they are properly trained to service your equipment. Maintenance is too important to trust to someone who isn’t qualified to spot problem signs during routine service procedures.

-Warranty assurance
With documented oil analyses for your equipment you’ll never risk losing warranty coverage for an equipment problem.

-Environmental compliance
Oil and antifreeze are considered hazardous waste, which must be properly identified, stored, transported, treated and disposed of under Subtitle C of the Federal Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA). Columbus Equipment is careful to avoid liability for improperly disposing of these wastes by assuring disposal only through licensed, authorized hazardous waste service providers.

-Payment options
Flexible payment options are available and may include monthly payments. You can also add the first year’s contract fees into the financing for a new machine.
