Passing of Tom Stivison

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of Tom Stivison at the age of 66. Tom passed away yesterday morning after battling a very rare and aggressive brain disease, CJD. His wife Cookie, 4 children, and 11 grandchildren are comforted in knowing that he is in Heaven. Although Tom is no longer with us, his legacy will live on for ages, both in the mission of Columbus Equipment Company and in the hearts and souls of all the people who have had the pleasure of working with Tom through the years.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be sent to the Tom Stivison Memorial Research Fund of The Columbus Foundation. This memorial fund has been established to honor the memory and contributions of Tom and to promote medical research.
