One, the TL10V2, is a vertical lift track loader that is a smaller version of the TL12V2 vertical lift loader. The other, the TL12R2, is an upgraded radial lift loader that replaces the TL12. Both machines are Tier 4 Final and come standard with Takeuchi’s new telematics system, Takeuchi Fleet Management. These loaders feature Takeuchi’s fully redesigned operator’s station, which provides greater comfort and functionality than the previous design. For additional productivity, the new, 5.7-inch color display monitor keeps operators informed about a variety of machine functions. The station also includes an overhead door that is quieter and easier to use, and operators can close the door or leave it open while the machine is in operation. Operators will also appreciate the reduced noise and vibration that results from the quiet track design. Takeuchi offers improved serviceability on these track loaders by providing central filter locations, an easy-access battery compartment, and a cooling module that swings out for service. The TL10V2’s vertical lift arrangement delivers 5 percent greater operating capacity, compared to the TL10 radial lift machine. The new machine also has better lift height and improved balance. The TL10V2 is powered by a 3.3-liter, 74.3-hp Kubota engine with 195 ft.-lbs. of torque. Active Power Control (APC) is standard equipment, allowing the machine to maintain engine power automatically and keep the engine in its optimal performance range. The vertical lift loader weighs 10,130 pounds and has a tipping load of 7,205 pounds. The new radial loader features a 3.8-liter, 111.3-hp Kubota engine with 284 ft.-lbs. of torque. The radial loader weighs 12,430 lbs. and delivers 6.5 percent more operating capacity than the previous model, giving operators a tipping load of 8,629 lbs. “These new track loaders are an example of Takeuchi’s continued product improvement,” said Jason Crain, general sales manager for Columbus Equipment Company. “Customers will appreciate the upgraded features, performance, and excellent service access these loaders provide.” New Takeuchi TL10V2 and TL12V2 Track Loaders Raise Comfort and Performance Bars “Customers will appreciate the upgraded features, performance, and excellent service access these loaders provide.” Jason Crain, General Sales Manager Columbus Equipment Company For more information on Takeuchi track loaders, contact your local Columbus Equipment Company store today.
