| Duties |
The Service Manager is responsible for all human resources, physical assets, safety, customer satisfaction, and profit and loss (P&L) within the service department’s areas of responsibility. Candidate communicates with customers and ethically resolves disputes keeping the customer and company’s interest in mind. The Service Manager is responsible for timely paperwork flow keeping work in process (WIP) as low as possible. He/she is also responsible for maintaining high technician productivity and efficiency. With assistance from others he provides timely and accurate invoices to customers and internal paperwork. Individual recommends and oversees replacement and repair of physical assets. He/she collaborates with other managers and assists other departments. Service Manager performs employee evaluations. Responsible for maintaining superior customer, manufacturer, and employee relations. |
| Qualifications |
Preferred candidate will have strong leadership skills, verbal and written communications, organizational skills, problem solving skills, time management skills, and computer skills.
High School Diploma, college helpful. Three or more years of experience with earth moving parts and service in a customer contact position. Preferred experience in the Equipment, Truck, or Automotive Service Industry. Candidate must have proven track record in customer satisfaction, strong leadership and coaching abilities, highly motivated, positive attitude, and works well in a team environment. |

| Duties |
Responsible for the sale or rental of heavy construction equipment throughout a defined geographic territory. Has the responsibility of developing and maintain sales production across all company product lines. |
| Qualifications |
Preferred candidate must be extremely motivated, dependable, good computer skills, and good attitude. Prefer candidates with a strong sales aptitude with technical knowledge in the heavy construction equipment/rental or related experience. College degree is preferred. |
